These soft, doughy butter sponges have become one of my faves from 23rd Street. They’re big but light and fluffy and just delicious with enough butter soaked into them to leave you with a buttery sheen for the rest of the day. Equally as good with peanut butter and/or jam. You’ll never want to buy crumpets from the supermarket again!
